Meet Dr ANthony

Dr Anthony Rafferty is a medical doctor, acupuncturist, and shamanic energy healer who bridges science and soul to support reproductive health and healing.

He founded Intuitive Health to offer a multidimensional approach to health and healing that honours the physical body, mind, emotion, energy field, and spirit. Drawing on over 15 years of academic and clinical experience, Anthony holds four degrees and has authored more than 30 scientific publications. He is trained in restorative reproductive medicine (Neofertility Method), medical acupuncture and nutrition. He has a special interest in fertility, hormonal health, reproductive immunology, and the gut and vaginal microbiomes.

Alongside his medical work, Anthony is a gifted intuitive, reiki master and initiated shamanic practitioner in the Munay-Ki tradition. His healing work focuses on guiding his clients through powerful life transitions that include fertility, pregnancy, loss, identity shifts, and periods of death and rebirth. He works with ancestral memory, karmic imprinting, energetic entanglement, and soul lineage to help clients release what no longer serves them and step into embodied wholeness.

Dr Anthony offers a comprehensive and compassionate approach to fertility care. Beginning with an in-depth consultation, he will investigates every layer of your reproductive health to uncover the root causes of your challenges. From here, treatment is personalised and bridges holistic and medical support. This may include acupuncture, energy medicine, herbs and supplements, alongside restorative reproductive medicine and prescribing or onward referral where needed.

fertility Testing

Dr Anthony offers a comprehensive range of investigations to uncover the root causes of fertility issues and create a clear, personalised path forward. These include advanced women’s and men’s blood testing, expert fertility and endometriosis ultrasound assessment, semen analysis with DNA fragmentation testing, vaginal and uterine microbiome screening, and reproductive immunology testing. Broader health investigations such as gut health and SIBO testing are also available, recognising the deep connection between digestion, immunity, and reproductive success.

Reproductive Health

Your menstrual cycle is one of the most important reflections of overall health, yet many women struggle with pain, irregularity, or complex conditions that often go unexplained. Pregnancy Support

Pregnancy is a sacred journey of deepening connection between mother and baby. These sessions provide emotional, spiritual, and energetic support, helping you feel grounded, nourished, and prepared for birth. Dr Anthony can also assist you to clear generational imprints so they are not passed on, strengthen the bond with your baby, and open space for a conscious and empowered birthing experience. When the time is right, acupuncture can also be offered to support natural induction of labour.

Grief & Loss support

Loss on the journey of motherhood can leave a lasting imprint in the body, heart, and womb. This may have been through miscarriage, stillbirth, termination or the emotional toll of repeated fertility treatments. These sessions offer a sacred space to honour your grief, gently release the little souls that didn’t come into the world, clear energetic residue, and begin to reconnect with your body and spirit. With compassion and care, we work to integrate the experience on a soul level, so you can move forward with softness, strength, and wholeness.

shamanic energy healing

Dr Anthony works with shamanic energy tracking and counselling techniques to explore your energetic body and uncover blocks, trapped emotions, trauma, and limiting beliefs. These sessions may also include healing intergenerational or ancestral imprints that are carried through the family lineage. Alongside this, hands-on energy healing is used to clear and restore flow in the energy field, while shamanic or conscious connected breathwork may be integrated to release stored trauma from the body and open space for deep transformation.
